These processes begin with defining the mechanical and geometric requirements of the part, followed by selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing methods (carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, Ertalon, Ertacetal, and PVC).
Surface treatments such as powder coating, sandblasting, powder spraying, metallization, QPQ, and black oxide, as well as various heat treatments.
